About Us

The Yellow Hawk Collective is a family-run creative brand rooted in Cheyenne, Arapaho and Pueblo of Laguna traditions. Featuring three artists- Gordon Yellowman, an award-winning Cheyenne ledger artist, Cristina Yellowman, a contemporary Cheyenne designer; and Evan Ortiz, a Cheyenne/Pueblo of Laguna artist- our collective blends traditional storytelling with modern design. 

Our work is created by the teachings, history, and creativity passed down through generations. Each piece we create- whether it's a ledger drawing, apparel design, art print, or handcrafted item, carries a connection that shapes who we are.
